Job Responsible:

1. Ensure third party coal shipping process according to the coal sales & purchase agreement.

2. Coordinate tug & barge nomination and provide shipping instruction.

3. Coordination delivery and execution of shipment and ensure the validity and

completeness of shipment documents. 4. Provide shipment details for the purpose

of royalty payment (e-PNBP). 5. Generate invoice from Mine market application and record coal sales transaction into Oracle system.

6. Ensure price and quality adjustment in accordance with coal sales & purchase agreement.

7. Submit billing documents to bank for LC collection/negotiation.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree from any major.

2. 1- or 2-years experiences in the area Transportation & Shipping and Export/Import. (Fresh graduates are welcome).

3. Knowledgeable about the overall coal shipping procedure, export/import documents & procedure, coal sale & purchase agreement, L/C, coal specification and conversion.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point, etc).
