- Manage prospect tracking from exploring company / service introduction, consultation, arrange and support the budget requesting process in client’s internal, negotiation to closing.
- Maintain relationship with client and expanding scale and the variety of the project / service along with supporting the challenges of the client.
- Coordinate and give prompt support and advice to project management and the operation team.
- Analyze acquiring activity as AE and design strategy of the sales activity and implementation of it into team / member.
- Standardize the sales activity and clarify the process and make related document and implement into team member.
Requirement:
- Have experience in B2B sales activities from search leads, nurturing leads and closing sales deals with new prospects.

Job Description:
Project Planning
- To lead any kickoff on-boarding projects or tasks.
To take overall ownership of integrated development & creative projects from brief to fulfillment. - Working closely with strategy planner and operations teams to determine campaign scope, produce strategy and schedules for the client.
- Identifying, managing project and expansion opportunities (new services).
Project Delivery
- Maintain project plans and communicate effectively across functions. You will be the one who responsible of the project deliverable, in terms of the quality, budget and on time execution.
- Motivate and manage cross-teams under tight deadlines.
- Educate and manage internal stakeholders in relevant processes where necessary.
Project Expansion
- Manage communication with client related issue project, opportunities to expand project, and make sure customer satisfaction.
- Create proposal ideas and concept to expansion project and collaborate with internal team
Reporting
- Provide job reporting to the Unit Manager and General Manager on a regular basis to ensure projects are running correctly, to budget, KPI and schedule.
- Ensures all stakeholders to manage and report project update, operational outcome for projects in a timely and accurate manner.
- Escalates any analysis related budget, issues, potential expansion (new services) in all projects to Unit Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in project management/client services/product management roles
- Experience managing digital and integrated campaigns/projects in a creative and agency service.
- Experience of project budget management and scheduling.
- Experience of website/apps development (UI/UX) would be a mandatory.
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
- Be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project ensuring all relevant parties are aware of financial implications of delays, additional amends and re-briefs.
- Be able to verify the qualitative and quantitative output of a project against the project objectives.
- Act as the first line of contact and digital expert for the Client in the cycle of a project.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights on reports and simultaneously use those insights to improve our project performance.
- Business proficiency in English and Bahasa.
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing power BI is a plus.
