- Create URS / Flow Process of IT System
- Create and update business process documentation
- Interpret data, build reports and analyze results using statistical techniques
- Support our Project Team in analyzing customer processes and in preparing functional documentation
- Develop business cases to determine business requirements
- Give ideas on how to improve our project performance, as well as the user experience
- Cross-functional collaboration with business, product, engineering, and analytics teams to understand design and opportunity area

Kualifikasi:
- Internship Program period start in April - Mei 2023

- Final year student, Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering/IT/Data Analyst/Data Science/Finance
- Well-known university preferably with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00
- Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups
- Capability to produce content on time, with attention to details, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience
- Well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively
- Problem solving method & good analytical thinking

Kualifikasi:
- Minimal Pendidikan S1 Psikologi / Teknik Industri, IPK min. 3.00/4.00.
- Terbuka untuk fresh graduate, memiliki pengalaman internship/kerja diutamakan.
- Memiliki pengalaman maksimal 2 tahun di bidang terkait.
- Memiliki minat pada bidang Human Resource (Recruitment, Learning & Development,
- Organizational Development, dan lainnya).
- Bersedia menjalani masa OJT (On The Job Training) selama 1 tahun dan ikatan dinas 2 tahun.
- Bersedia penempatan di Pulomas/PuloGadung/Cikarang.

- Mudah beradaptasi, proaktif, menyukai tantangan, tekun, dan komunikatif
- Sudah menerima vaksin Covid-19 2 dosis + booster
- Memiliki BPJS Kesehatan Mandiri aktif
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Kawasan Industri Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur dan atau GIIC, Cikarang, Jawa Barat)
