Job Description:

  • Hearing requirement, problem solving, creating mockup system.
  • Create a company profile website and or web application.
  • Analize existing website, and make a propose to enhance/optimize the existing website.
  • Analize problem, needs and turn it into an application.
  • Create services product in collaboration with other division.
  • Do cross-browser testing to ensure the application can run on any browser/platform.
  • Debugging web apps to ensure the development is bug free.
  • Project management and make sure finish within the timeline.

Skill Requirement:

  • 2-5 Years relevant experience in Web / Backend development
  • Proficient in PHP programing language, able to use PHP framework would be advantageous (Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc).
  • In-depth understanding of Data Structures, Database and other computer science fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experiences and knowledge on relational databases such as MySQL (Preferred).
  • Familiar with Linux development environments, web server and web security.
  • Familiar with performance tuning of Web Server, massive concurrency handling, and caching mechanism.

Educational Level:

  • University(S1) IT/SI major

2. Senior Digital Strategic Planner (SPV)

Responsibility:

  • Create proposal from lead strategy planning, facilitate brainstorming concepts, and identity any areas that need improvement from client’s need and goal.
  • Conduct market research and analyze market and industry trends to improve our services and clients.
  • Leads and facilitate meeting to operational team and PM to transfer knowledge concept and ideas campaign based on client approval.
  • Make presentations for clients to show our proposal, ideas and findings to senior management and C-level executives.
  • Create and conduct research about product and service development and find partnership to enhance our service.
  • Create Profit and Loss calculation and Quotation related proposal we offer to client.
  • Create reports regarding pre sales activities and strategies for management review.

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business development, digital strategic planning or similar field.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, technical Lead, creative strategy or other advertising subjects required.
  • Experience leading brand strategy – developing a brand proposals from scratch.
  • You have a good understanding about Customer Experience in social media and Digital
  • Experience in UI/UX concept in mobile apps and website.
  • You have a good understanding of the digital landscape, social media, Ads website and mobile application technologies.
  • Have good understanding in budgeting and PL.
  • Good presentation skill and public communication with structuring a clear narrative and argument to sell creative ideas and strategies to the client.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken
  • English and create document with full English.
  • Have good analytical skill, communication skill, marketing skill, problem solving and leadership skill.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (design) would be a plus.
  • Experience in prototyping tools and methodologies (design thinking, MVP, etc.) would be a plus.

Educational Level:

  • University(S1) any major, preferable in IT/Business.

3. Account Executive (SPV)

Main Job Description:

AE is finding leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, formulating sales strategies, and communicating product value to clients.

Job Details:

  • Keep tracking new technology, method, issue, and topics related with marketing, especially social media, internet promotion, web site, mobile app and so on.
  • Advising and giving ideas to potential client for forming their strategic marketing plan in branding or acquiring direct response to the brand / product / service by using internet marketing method.
  • Giving the point of view about advantage or disadvantage for each internet services / method and giving the suggestion to the client which is suitable way to advertise their brand / product / service based on their business purpose
  • Manage prospect tracking from exploring company / service introduction, consultation, arrange and support the budget requesting process in client’s internal, negotiation to closing.
  • Maintain relationship with client and expanding scale and the variety of the project / service along with supporting the challenges of the client.
  • Coordinate and give prompt support and advice to project management and the operation team.
  • Analyze acquiring activity as AE and design strategy of the sales activity and implementation of it into team / member.
  • Standardize the sales activity and clarify the process and make related document and implement into team member.
